“Where Care Meets Integrity” has been the standard of my work life for decades. My name is Monte Strother, and I am an Independent National Health Insurance Broker and owner of Strother Standard. With more than 11 years in the insurance business—and nearly 50 years in a career dedicated to service—I focus on providing health insurance solutions for individuals under 65. Licensed in over 20 states across the country, I bring experience, care, and a strong commitment to integrity into every client relationship.
My philosophy is rooted in faith and guided by the principle of putting clients’ needs before my own. I believe that trust is earned through honesty, integrity, and service. It has been my privilege to build lasting relationships with clients who know I will always act in their best interest. This approach has allowed me to establish a reputation for reliability and integrity, and I continue to view each new client as an opportunity to serve with the highest level of care.
Outside of my work, I remain deeply committed to my faith and active in my local church, which continues to strengthen my values and dedication to serving others. When I am not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife, whether it’s catching a movie or attending a musical theater performance. I also love golf and fishing—there’s nothing quite like a sunny day spent chasing a little white ball or casting a line in search of the next big catch.
